  It has been my greatest honour to serve as Executive Director for this ever revolving group of companies. What had started off as merely a dream became reality and so much more! I am still amazed at how far we have come in this journey, and how much it has become a part of us. Looking back, none of these would have come true without the resilience and hard work of our 'family' in My Cleanup At Stuffs. Honestly, hard work and pride in our work helped us come this far. Of course, there is always trust and confidence in each of our relationships with our clients. Trust that we provide nothing but the best, and I intend to keep this close to my heart every day.

It is not difficult for our clients to go to other competitors, but what stopped them from doing so and remain loyal to us? It is the trust that we earned with each satisfactory delivery, and this we hold with huge pride. And it gives me great pleasure to professionals and hard work of our manufacturing employees, we are able to constantly deliver with speed and quality which is very important to our clients. Once we achieve this, we have earned their trust and loyalty and be assured of continuous support.

Moving forward, I anticipate greater expansion not only in terms of product diversity, but greater ideas and innovation created and materialized for every household to enjoy. Everyone in our 'family' should grow together with the company and enjoy the mutual benefit created from this effort. Deric Lim C.H.

Mr Deric Lim is an acclaimed interior designer based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Aged 40 and a Malaysian, graduated in 1999 and currently holds a degree in Interior Architecture from the Malaysian Institute of Arts, Diploma in interior design and holds a certificate of CAD. He has more than 18 years of experience in numerous projects. He is currently a member of the Malaysian Society of Interior Design (MSID) and LAM (Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia).

Prior to being the founder of Deric and K Associates Sdn. Bhd. Mr Deric has worked in many notable firms locally.

With Deric's family background in development, he has ample experience in design and has created atmospheric interiors for a wide range of commercial and residential clients. His projects range from government projects, trendy restaurants and offices to boutiques and glamorous residences.

His scope of work goes beyond "just" interior design. Deric's style and design is timeless and modern, yet he gives each project its own unique punch of originality. He has a very calming way about him and truly listens to what clients want and manages to achieve the desired goals while staying within budget and in doing so he manages to impart creativity, originality and deliver a satisfying project.

His client's brand and direction is always an essential and important consideration in creating environment for their vision and function. He more often guides clients in expressing their own taste rather than imposing a signature style. The combination of his extreme passion for design and his ability to develop excellent working relationships with his client has allowed him to succeed tremendously as a trend setter.
