Aria is a 45-storey condominium by the prestigious developer Hap Seng Land. Having 598 units within two blocks, this project is inspired by melody expressed by an Opera singer. With its facilities area named after voice types, the units ranges from 630 square feet till 1502 square feet.
Aria is Italian for ‘any expressive melody’ usually performed by an Opera singer so it’s no wonder that this high-end condominium project is heavily influenced by music-inspired art. Its facilities area for example are given names like Bass (Ground Level), Tenor (Level 7), Baritone (Level 43A), and Soprano (Level 45) – it’s like one can almost hear the buildings come to live with the sound of music.
There are nine types of units in total divided equally between two towers, Block A and Block B. Each tower will have 45 floors above-ground each, with the residential level starting from the eight floor all the way up to the 43rd floor. Since exclusivity and privacy is practiced here, there will be four to five lifts on each block, with each lift serving two to three units per floor.
Type-C is a 2-room condominium in 1159 square feet. Modern contemporary is the concept for type-C show unit which located in the city center. Open floor plan for living, dining, kitchen & study area make the unit look spacious. Wall between dining and kitchen is replacing by kitchen peninsular.
The colour palettes are combination of light wood & grey. By keeping most of the surrounding cabinetry in the open area solid grey colour, the attention is immediately drawn to the warm wood TV feature wall which become the focal point in the room.Beige colour loose furniture and warn lighting enhance the cozy ambience in the living and dining room. Whole unit is furnished with warm colour wallpaper. Kitchen in grey and beige colour to create modern look.
Master bedroom is in white colour with a touch of light wood. Combination of the headboard, bedside table & dressing table in one single cohesive unit make the room clean and elegant. Bedroom 2 is to create warm ambiance with mostly warm wood furniture and with add of dark grey colour make it look modern.
